BUILDING SYSTEMS COMMISSIONING

MESA3 provides commissioning services for any or all of the five potential phases of new project commissioning:
     1.Pre-design
     2.Design
     3.Construction
     4.Acceptance
     5.Post-Acceptance (warranty)
 

All commissioning services are executed as technical-based commissioning, not just process-based commissioning as many others do. We also perform periodic Recommissioning of previously commissioned buildings, Retro-Commissioning for buildings never commissioned before with afocus on energy savings paying for performance improvement, and Decommissioning of building/systems being taken out of service and made safe.

Electrical Systems, including:
Backup Generators, Automatic TransferSwitches, UPS
Special Electrical Systems, including:
Fire Alarm, Life/Safety, Elevator Recall, Security , Nurse
Call, Paging, and CCTV systems.
Plumbing, Process Piping, and Medical Gas Systems
Building Envelopes
 

Fire and Fire/Smoke Dampers:
Inspection and Certifcation, both initial and periodic

VAV Fume Hood Control Systems:
Functional Verifcations using a custom designed realtime data aquisition and database system incorporating (4) face velocity, (1) exhaust volume, (1) cross-draft, (1) Room pressure, and (1) sash position sensors. This is the top-of-the-line in verifcation system
