We offer various services under three primary categories - Total System Balance, Cleanroom Certification, and Compounding Pharmacy Certification.
Total System Balance
Total System Balance (TSB) is the comprehensive approach to testing and verifying each component of an HVAC system. This process ensures your HVAC system is performing per design specifications. A properly balanced and efficient HVAC system results in controlled energy costs and improved air quality. We review the design documents and develop a methodical approach to testing and balancing that yields verifiable results. Our testing and balancing services are complete with an AABC guaranteed final report.
Cleanroom Certification
Cleanroom Certification is essential in ensuring the efficiency of a cleanroom, so it adheres to the specific industry’s performance requirements. MESA3 provides Annual Cleanroom Certification services including Airflow Verification with Air Change Rate Calculation, Leak Testing of HEPA Filters, and Airborne Particle Testing to verify that a critical space is free of contamination and airborne pollutants. We will test and certify that your cleanroom meets all requirements per ISO 14644 or EU GMP Annex-1:2008.
Compounding Pharmacy Certification
Compounding Pharmacy Certification consists of monitoring, calibrating, and certifying your systems and equipment to ensure their compliance. Some of the services we offer are Isolator Certification, Room Certification, Viable Organism Monitoring, and Calibration Services. MESA3 provides Compounding Pharmacy Certification to meet USP 797-800. A final test report is included in our services.
